BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Bonus Terms and Conditions (the “Bonus Conditions”) set forth the principal terms and conditions that apply to any type of bonus made available to you from time to time as a player on on.neobet.ca (the “Website”). These Bonus Conditions apply together with the General Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) and specific terms envisaged by the relevant bonus, special offer, promotion or other loyalty program which might be available to you from time to time on the Website (mutually hereinafter referred to as the “Bonus Program”). Please note that Bonus Programs may be developed and offered by Reactive Betting Ltd (the “Company”) itself and/or by the relevant game provider. Bonus Programs offered by game providers are included in the game itself.
You may find the list of currently available Bonus Programs, including their terms and conditions, on the Website, unless incorporated into the relevant game on our Bonus page.
Unless otherwise set forth herein, all terms used in these Bonus Conditions shall have the same meanings as attributed to them in T&Cs. Unless otherwise set forth in the Bonus Program, all terms used in the Bonus Program shall have the same meanings as attributed to them in these Bonus Conditions or T&Cs. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between these Bonus Conditions, and/or the T&Cs, and/or the Bonus Program the conditions stated in the T&Cs shall prevail. In the event of conflicts, the conditions of these Bonus Conditions shall prevail over the Bonus Program. N.B., the minimum turnover requirements, regulatory minimum ratio and minimum deposit amounts.
For the purposes of these Bonus Conditions and the T&Cs, “bonus” means any type of bonus, promotional funds or other benefit made available to you on the Website, including, but not limited to, any welcome bonus, deposit bonus, loyalty bonus, free bet, free spin, cashback, etc., excluding “chips” and “freebet tokens” which will be detailed below or in a separate game rules.
Offering a bonus shall be at the Company’s discretion. The Company and game providers reserve the right to amend, restrict, withdraw and/or revoke any bonus and/or any terms and conditions of the use of the bonus at any time at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the duration of the promotional (bonus) program. In this respect the Company’s decision shall be final, and not negotiable.
To be eligible for bonuses you must have a valid gaming account. The Company will restrict your ability to use any bonus until you are fully and properly verified pursuant to the T&Cs and applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to cancel any bonus on your gaming account if the balance is less than the amount of the minimum bet as determined by these T&Cs.
In all cases, a bonus under the same Bonus Program is limited to one per player, account, household, set of payment details, computer or other device ((inc. jointly-used devices such as at university, place of work.) and IP address.
Unless explicitly permitted by a Bonus Program or agreed by the Company, a bonus offered under a particular Bonus Program may be used only once and cannot be used in conjunction with bonuses offered under other Bonus Programs.
If you set-up a short-term break and/or self-exclude yourself from playing on the Website, and/or if the Company becomes aware that you have been excluded from gambling, and/or your gaming account becomes dormant, and/or the Company deactivates your gaming account, and/or otherwise restricts your ability to use your gambling account as set forth by the T&Cs and/or applicable laws, no bonus will be credited to your gaming account unless and until any such restriction remains valid and effective. The Company also reserves the right to cancel all bonuses/bonus money remaining unused on your gaming account immediately before you set-up a short-term break, and/or self-exclude yourself, and/or your gaming account becomes dormant and/or deactivated.
The bonus is credited to your account as bonus money. Bonuses may, however, only be used for placing bets or stakes, and cannot be transferred or paid out until all terms and conditions for withdrawal are fulfilled. If a bonus is granted in return for a deposit, this also applies to the deposited amount as both become bound to the bonus. The deposited amount is called real money.
A bonus may be linked to a specific payment method, in which case it shall be valid only for deposits made using the defined payment methods.
Bonuses offered under the relevant Bonus Program apply only to products, games, game types and services specifically indicated in terms and conditions of the Bonus Program in question. The Bonus Program may, in addition, specify the specific types of games to which the Bonus Program does not apply. For the avoidance of any doubt, if the terms of the Bonus Program do not specify the products which the Bonus Program applies to, a bonus granted under the latter may not be used to play casino games.
Every bonus is valid for a certain promotional period, and must be activated/used within the relevant period defined by the Bonus Program. If the bonus is not activated/used within the relevant period, it will expire.
To benefit from any bonus, all terms and conditions applicable to said bonus shall be satisfied properly and fully within the period set forth for the bonus. Unless otherwise defined by the specific bonus program terms, all bonus requirements shall be met not later than within 30 days after a bonus is credited to your gaming account. If bonus terms and conditions are not satisfied properly and fully within the period set forth for the specific bonus, the Company reserves the right to:
Cancel/void allocation of the bonus;
Recalculate all transactions made with the use of said bonus together with all associated, derivative transactions and their results (including winnings and losses allocations) (the “bonus-related transactions”) as if such transactions were made with real money only, and/or
Cancel all transactions made with the use of said bonus together with all bonus-related transactions.
General (turnover) wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated by the relevant Bonus Conditions or Bonus Program, the following general rules shall apply to all bonuses available on the Website:
Before withdrawal (pay out) any bonus money shall be wagered at least:
five times in case of placing a bet on a sports event (in case bonus is linked to the deposit);
ten times in case of placing a bet on a sports event (in case bonus is not linked to the deposit, e.g. freebet);
twenty-five times in case of placing a bet in a casino game (in case bonus is linked to the deposit);
thirty-five times in case of placing a bet in a casino game (in case bonus is not linked to the deposit, e.g. freespin),
subject to the Company’s right to request that a bonus be wagered more times, as the relevant case may be, before withdrawal.
If a bonus is linked to a deposit, and the bonus was wagered at least once, both the deposit and bonus shall contribute to a wager at a 50:50 proportion.

Only bets placed after the moment the bonus is granted can be considered relevant (counted) for the purposes of satisfying the wagering requirements. This especially applies to the case where a bonus is not granted immediately during the deposit, but (manually) later on.
If a game and/or game event for which a bet is made is cancelled and/or invalidated, the relevant bet shall not be taken into account for the purposes of determining if the relevant bonus conditions are met.
If, upon approval of the Company, more than one bonus has been credited to your gaming account at any time, no wagers made may contribute to satisfying the wagering requirements applicable to more than one bonus (Bonus Program) at once. Wagers will contribute first towards satisfying the wagering requirements of bonuses activated earlier-in-time. Only upon satisfaction of the wagering requirements applicable to bonuses activated earlier in time (or the expiration or cancellation of the bonus), will you be able to activate the other bonus awarded to you.

Wagering (turnover) requirements for Sports Betting. The following rules apply for all bonuses used to place bets on sports betting:
A stake is relevant with regards to bonus turnover if the betting odds exceed minimum odds, which are defined for each bonus offer separately, provided that said odds are at least 1.5 to satisfy the wagering requirements (e.g. if the minimum odds requirement for the welcome bonus is 1.5, only bets placed with odds which are equal to or more than 1.5 will count towards the bonus turnover requirement);
If a stake is reimbursed due to a cancelled, to be cancelled, or invalid game event, or as the result of a cashout, this stake shall not be considered for the purposes of satisfying wagering requirements as stated in the terms or bonus conditions;
If two or more bets are placed on the same gambling event, only a stake submitted on the first bet can be credited towards the minimum turnover; Stakes are provisional towards the bonus turnover until the bets are settled;
System bets can be partially relevant towards the bonus turnover, i.e. only those individual bets which satisfy wagering requirements will cpu; The player can forfeit their bonus at any time, unbinding their remaining real money from the bonus;
Per bet, only a maximum of the granted bonus amount counts towards the bonus turnover (e.g. if a player was granted R1000 bonus, and places a bet of R5000 including real money, only the R1000 will count towards the bonus turnover, not the full R5000).
Unless otherwise approved by the Company at its sole discretion, and/or stricter terms and requirements are implemented by these T&Cs and/or the Bonus Program, the following general terms shall apply:
To receive deposit-related bonuses (including welcome bonus (e.g. Starter Bonus, Pro Bonus), reload bonuses, you must make a deposit of at least R10;
Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features or other bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.
The use of bonus funds, real money, chips, coins etc., purely to progress through bonus stages is prohibited. For example, when bonus or real money funds are used purely to progress through bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach a bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All bonuses so used and all winnings gained during and as a result of this may be cancelled or voided by the Company.
To ensure responsible gambling the Company will automatically exclude players from bonus programs:
For the period of self-exclusion imposed by a player;
For a period of involuntary exclusion imposed by the Company;
If your gambling patterns indicate that you may have problems with safe gambling and/or experience gambling addiction, e.g. if your RG score calculated pursuant to internal policies and procedures of the Company gets too high;
If a player reaches 90% of his deposit limit (all risk levels).
If you are in breach, or the Company has grounds to believe you are in breach of these Bonus Conditions, the Bonus Program, T&Cs, or other policies and procedures of the Company, e.g. Anti-Fraud Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and/or applicable laws, the Company reserves the right to:
Cancel/void the allocation of any bonus to you,
Suspend any transactions on your gaming account,
Retain any positive balance on your account until all details of your breach and/or alleged breach are investigated,
Recalculate and/or cancel all bonus-related transactions,
Apply any other measures as set out in the T&Cs or by applicable laws.
For the purposes hereof, the following actions shall be treated as a breach of these Bonus Conditions:
If a bonus has been claimed by the same person on multiple occasions, or using the same IP address, or from the same terminal,
If you place bets guaranteeing a bonus win for an individual or group, regardless of the outcome (so-called “safe bets”),
If there is any suspicion of organised use of the bonus offer or or any other fraudulent or suspicious activity as detailed in the T&Cs,
Any misuse or other breach of these Bonus Conditions, and/or Bonus Program, and/or the T&Cs.
